In the Prostobox personal account, an AI assistant has appeared that automatically fills out the customs declaration for you. 10 items — less than in a minute. The feature is completely free for all clients without any limits.
How to use the AI assistant?
Go to your personal account, open the required package in the declarations section and click the «Fill with AI» button. Then the assistant works independently.
In what scenarios does the AI assistant work?
AI can work with any purchase method:
- Order through Prostobox buyers — the assistant already knows the contents of the package and will fill everything in itself in a few seconds.
- You have already started entering goods manually — AI will take your markup as a basis and fill in all the remaining fields.
- Independent purchase in the store - upload an order screenshot, a confirmation letter from the store, a product link or an Excel table. AI will parse the format itself and fill out the declaration. If some data is missing - it will clarify.
Is this paid?
No. AI declaration filling is a standard Prostobox function available to all customers without additional payments and without restrictions on the number of packages.
Do I need to check the result after AI?
We recommend checking the completed declaration before sending the package. The feature works in test mode. If you find an error or inaccuracy - please let support know, we read every message carefully.
Can the assistant enter recipient and passport details?
The assistant can enter the recipient and passport details. Send it a photo of the passport, a screenshot with the details, or the text, and it will fill in the address and document fields itself. There is no need to pay for this.
Do I need to reread what the assistant filled in?
You need to reread: the assistant speeds up processing, but you are responsible for the data in the declaration and address. Be sure to double-check the passport series and number in particular, because due to a typo the package may not be released.
The package is going to another person, whose passport should be entered?
You need to enter the recipient's passport, because the document is checked upon pickup. And remember the rule: the country of passport issuance must match the delivery country.
