How to use the AI assistant?
Go to your personal account, open the declarations section and click the «Fill with AI» button. AI will independently find and enter the necessary data.
In which cases does the AI assistant fill out the declaration?
If our buyers helped you place the order - AI will find all the data itself and fill out the declaration.

If you have already started marking the contents of the parcels - AI will see this information and add what is needed itself.

If AI knows nothing about your orders - just upload a purchase screenshot, a letter from the store or an Excel table. It will figure out what to enter where itself.
Is this free?
Yes, filling out the declaration using AI is completely free for all Pochtoy.com clients.
Do I need to check the result after AI?
We recommend checking the completed declaration before sending the package. The feature works in test mode. If you find an error or inaccuracy - please let support know, we read every message carefully.
Can the AI assistant fill in the recipient's details and passport?
The AI assistant can fill in the recipient's details and passport information: send it a photo of the passport, a screenshot with the recipient's details, or simply write them as text, and it will sort everything into the fields itself. This is free, just like help with the declaration.
Do passport details need to be checked after AI?
You should always check passport details after AI: the assistant saves time, but responsibility for the data in the declaration and address remains with you. Carefully verify the passport series and number in particular, as due to a typo the package may not be released.
Whose passport should be provided if the package is going to another person?
You need to provide the passport of the person receiving the package, because the carrier checks the document upon pickup. One more rule: the country of passport issue must match the delivery country.
