The cheapest tariff to Russia, pickup at the post office branch
Econom tariff is the cheapest shipping to Russia for packages from 5 kg. You wait longer than with fast tariffs, but you pay less and don't need to collect documents: the recipient's passport details and TIN are not required here. The package arrives at the post office branch at the address you specified.

With this tariff, we ship only to Russia. For Kazakhstan and Belarus, choose CDEK tariffs, and for all other countries, see the options in the calculator.
You will have to wait 20-30 days for the package from the moment it is shipped from the warehouse. The timeframe varies depending on the region and postal workload, so keep an eye on the tracking in your account.
The weight limits are as follows: from 5 to 22 kg. Dimensions are limited by the carrier, so run your box through the calculator: it will immediately show whether it qualifies or not.
Volumetric weight is calculated like this: length times width times height in centimeters, and divide the result by 6000. We bill based on the greater of the two weights, actual or volumetric. This means a large box with light items will cost more than it seems.
Shipping cost depends on weight. Enter the weight and city into the calculator, and you’ll see the total right away, including insurance.

It is not possible to send electronics and any used clothing and shoes with this tariff. We ship other regular purchases: new clothing, shoes, children's goods within the permitted limit. The full list of prohibitions is in the section on prohibited goods, and it is better to check with us about a questionable item before purchasing.
You can repackage the parcel: we remove shoe boxes free of charge, and for an additional fee we add protective wrap or a bag. Standard packaging is already included in the price.
Sending a package with Econom is simple: wait for all items to arrive at the warehouse, send it for assembly, choose this tariff, fill out the declaration, and provide the address. Then we pack the box, weigh it, and issue the invoice.
Invoices are not needed, we do not ask you to upload them.
Payment is made from your balance: we weigh the assembled package, issue an invoice, and you pay it. An unpaid package waits at the warehouse for 7 days free of charge, then paid storage begins.
Insurance works like this: we always insure the goods for the amount from the declaration, and the shipping cost at your request. With the second insurance, in case of loss we will also refund the shipping cost. The calculator shows the amounts.
Duty applies if the value of the package exceeds the duty-free limit. Here the package is being shipped by post, so you will pay the duty upon receipt according to the Postal Service rules.
You need to pick up the package at the post office branch at the recipient's address and with a passport. The post office will send a notice when it arrives, and it also sets the storage period at the branch.
