The cheapest tariff to Russia, pickup at the post office branch
Econom is our cheapest tariff for packages from 5 kg to Russia. The package takes longer than with fast tariffs, but delivery costs less and it is not required to provide the recipient's passport details and tax ID. You will receive the ready package at the post office branch at the address you specified when placing the order.
Here’s what’s important to know about the Econom tariff:
Econom tariff is available only to Russia. If you need Kazakhstan or Belarus, choose CDEK tariffs, and for other countries check the available options in the calculator.
The package takes 20-30 days from shipment from the warehouse to the post office branch. The exact time depends on your region and the postal service workload, and you can track the package by the tracking number in your account.
The package weight is allowed from 5 to 22 kg. There are carrier restrictions on dimensions, so it’s better to check the size in the calculator: there you can see whether your box fits or not.
Volumetric weight is calculated as follows: length is multiplied by width, multiplied by height, and divided by 6000, dimensions in centimeters. You pay based on whichever weight is greater, actual or volumetric. Large but light packages therefore cost more than it seems from the scales.
Shipping costs vary, the price depends on the weight of the package. You can calculate your package in the calculator: specify the weight and city, and you will see the cost including insurance.

You can ship regular purchases from American stores: clothing, shoes, children's goods within the allowed limit. Used clothing and shoes, as well as any electronics, are prohibited from being shipped with this tariff. We do not ship items prohibited for forwarding under any tariff; see the list in the section on prohibited items. If you are unsure about a specific item, write to us before purchasing.
You can have the package repacked: we will remove shoe boxes if you request it, and if you wish, we can wrap the package in protective film or put it in a bag for an additional fee. Standard packaging is included in the shipping price.
You need to create the package after all items have arrived at the warehouse: send the package for assembly, choose the Econom tariff, fill out the declaration, and specify the delivery address. Then we will assemble the package, weigh it, and issue an invoice.
No need to upload invoices.
Shipping is paid from the account balance: after assembly and weighing, we issue an invoice, and you pay it. Until the invoice is paid, the package waits at the warehouse: 7 days free, then paid storage begins.
Insurance is available, and moreover insurance for goods on this tariff is mandatory: the package is insured for the amount from the declaration. You can separately insure the shipping cost, then in case of loss the money for shipping will also be refunded. The cost of both insurance options is shown in the calculator.
You need to pay duty only when the value of the package exceeds the duty-free limit. With Econom, the package is shipped by mail, so if duty applies, you pay it upon receipt according to the Postal Service's rules.
You will receive the package at the post office branch at the recipient's address. When it arrives, the post office will send a notice. You need to pick it up with your passport; the storage period at the branch is set by the post office.
