We return money to your balance for every shipped package. Cashback is activated automatically after 30 shipped packages and stays with you forever. You don't need to sign up for anything.
The cashback amount depends on the package weight: $2 per package up to 3 kg and $3 per package from 3 kg.
The money is credited to the main balance immediately after the package leaves the warehouse. You can spend it on shipping and on purchasing items, or withdraw it to your account.
No, only one of these applies: either a discount via promo code or cashback. If you shipped a package with a promo code discount, we do not credit cashback for it. Cashback is given for packages shipped at full price.
Usually, there is one of two reasons. The first: a promo code was applied to the package, and the discount and cashback cannot be combined. The second: the package was shipped at a promotional price (iHerb, sneakers, jeans), and cashback is not credited for promotional packages.
